Below is how shipping works for items purchased through Bargain Barn Co. If you purchase through a third-party platform (like eBay), shipping and returns follow that platform’s checkout and policies.
1) Where We Ship
We ship to addresses within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in an item, contact us and we’ll let you know what options (if any) are available.
2) Processing Time
Most in-stock items ship within [1–3 business days] after payment is confirmed. Larger or special-handling items may take longer. You’ll receive an email with tracking when your order ships (when available).
3) Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout when possible. Rates can vary based on item size/weight, destination, and carrier. If a rate needs to be quoted manually, we’ll contact you before shipping.
4) Carriers & Tracking
We typically ship using major carriers (USPS/UPS/FedEx or similar). Tracking is provided when available. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to refresh.
5) Packaging
We package items carefully to help prevent damage in transit. For fragile items, we may use extra padding and protective materials.
6) Large / Heavy Items
Some items may be too large or heavy for standard shipping. In those cases, we may offer:
- Local pickup (Weatherford, TX area)
- Local delivery (select items)
- Freight or specialty shipping (quoted case-by-case)
If an item needs freight or special handling, we’ll contact you with options and pricing before we ship.
7) Local Pickup (Optional)
If local pickup is offered for your item, we’ll coordinate a pickup time after purchase. Pickup location: 1200 S Main St, Suite 210, Weatherford, TX 76086. Please bring your order confirmation.
8) Local Delivery (Optional)
Local delivery may be available for select items. Delivery fees (if any) depend on item size and distance. We’ll confirm the delivery window and any delivery requirements (stairs, access, help unloading, etc.) before delivery.
9) Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us due to address issues, additional shipping charges may apply to reship it.
10) Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within [48 hours] of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging (including the shipping label)
- A brief description of the issue
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact us and also check with neighbors or your local carrier office first.
11) Returns & Refunds
Return/refund eligibility depends on where the item was purchased and the listing details. Purchases made through eBay follow eBay’s return/refund process. If purchased directly through our site, return instructions (if any) will be provided at the time of sale or on the product page.
